Blu by Adcorp, on behalf of our valued client is hiring an experienced Brake Press Operator for a full-time day shift position in Croydon South. We’re after someone reliable, switched-on, and ready to roll up their sleeves in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the role

• Operate brake press machines with precision and efficiency
• Set up and change tooling to suit different jobs and materials
• Read and interpret technical/engineering drawings with confidence
• Work collaboratively across the workshop to support team goals
• Follow safe work practices and help maintain a tidy, hazard-free space
• Tackle new jobs with initiative and pride – no two days are the same

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Brake Press experience is a must – ideally 2+ years
• Able to set up and switch tooling for different fabrication tasks
• Strong ability to work off detailed drawings
• Comfortable working independently and in a team
• Can-do attitude with a strong focus on safety and accuracy

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working with aluminium, mild steel & stainless steel
• Driver’s Licence (essential)
