The Role
This is a dynamic, mixed role where no two days are the same. You will split your time between basic fabrication and keeping the workshop moving:
- Welding & Cutting: MIG welding, oxy-cutting, and plasma cutting as needed.
- Container Maintenance: Repairing and modifying heavy-duty ISO shipping containers.
- Workshop Support: Heavy lifting, material handling, and assisting qualified trade staff.
- Tool Work: Using a variety of hand and power tools safely.
What You Need
- 🛠️ Basic MIG welding skills (must pass a simple workshop test).
- 💪 High physical fitness for manual labor and heavy lifting.
- 🚗 Current driver’s licence and your own reliable transport.
- 📜 High risk tickets (Confined Space / Working at Heights) are a massive bonus!
