ACCOUNT MANAGER - Lytton Location!

About the role

Take full ownership of regional growth and retention strategies for our client. You will manage high-value commercial accounts, identify new business opportunities, and maintain a structured sales pipeline. This role focuses on being out on the road, delivering market-leading service directly to key customers.

Duties

  • Drive regional growth and retention through strategic volume targets

  • Maintain high-frequency call cycles and customer-focused road activity

  • Deliver premium service and support to high-value commercial clients

  • Identify, develop, and commercialize new business opportunities

  • Navigate sales processes using expert negotiation and objection handling

  • Collaborate with local branch staff and industry stakeholders

  • Produce strategic reports and maintain accurate system data

Skills & experience

  • Valid and clean Driver’s Licence is essential

  • Proven sales experience from any industry background

  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to pass PEM, D&A, Police, and Driver History checks
