About the role
Take full ownership of regional growth and retention strategies for our client. You will manage high-value commercial accounts, identify new business opportunities, and maintain a structured sales pipeline. This role focuses on being out on the road, delivering market-leading service directly to key customers.

Duties

Drive regional growth and retention through strategic volume targets

Maintain high-frequency call cycles and customer-focused road activity

Deliver premium service and support to high-value commercial clients

Identify, develop, and commercialize new business opportunities

Navigate sales processes using expert negotiation and objection handling

Collaborate with local branch staff and industry stakeholders

Produce strategic reports and maintain accurate system data
Skills & experience

Valid and clean Driver’s Licence is essential

Proven sales experience from any industry background

Strong initiative and ability to work independently

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to pass PEM, D&A, Police, and Driver History checks
