You’ll play a key role in growing market share, strengthening customer retention, and delivering outstanding service to commercial customers across the Northern Territory region. What will you be doing:
Lead the region’s sales growth and customer retention strategy, including volume growth, margin performance, and strategic account planning
Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline and customer call cycle to maximise opportunities and strengthen relationships
Spend significant time in the field engaging with customers, identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional service
Develop and grow new business opportunities by proactively identifying, pursuing, and onboarding commercial customers
Guide customers through the full sales process, confidently presenting value-based solutions and negotiating positive commercial outcomes
Collaborate closely with branch operations, internal sales teams, and industry stakeholders to create strong local networks and customer support
Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver insightful reporting to support strategic planning and business growth initiatives

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven sales experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development from any industry
- Customer Service Strong commercial acumen with the ability to grow revenue and build long-term customer relationships
- Initiative: A proactive, self-motivated approach with confidence working independently in the field, and enjoys being out of the office and in front of people
- Punctual, well-presented, and friendly, as well as being able to upsell products and ensure customers experience the very best customer service
- Clean Driving History: A valid Driving License with a reasonably clean history to be provided prior to interview
- Pre-Employment Medical: Must be fit and healthy, be able to pass a medical, and present a clean National Police Clearance
- National Police Clearance must be clean with no criminal record
