About the Company:
Our client is a well-established manufacturing and distribution business with a strong reputation in the industry. They pride themselves on a supportive, friendly, and collaborative team culture where quality, accuracy, and excellent customer service are key.

The Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join the sales team ina close-knit environment. This role involves supporting sales and customer service operations, ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately, and providing top-notch service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

  • Prepare and send quotes and invoices

  • Follow up on outstanding quotes, orders, and customer enquiries

  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM and internal systems

  • Provide exceptional customer service and product information to clients

  • Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders

  • Manage stock availability enquiries and assist with inventory control

Standard Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

  • Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience in a Sales Admin or Customer Service role

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, distribution, or trades industry (preferred but not essential)

  • Ability to handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
