Zest Hospitality is a leading workforce solutions provider, trusted across industries for delivering skilled labour hire, workforce planning, and innovative staffing solutions. We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team and grow our presence across the Hospitality and Events sectors.

About the Role

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll take ownership of identifying, securing, and managing new business opportunities while strengthening long-term client partnerships. You’ll oversee the entire sales journey, from prospecting and consultation through to negotiation, onboarding, and handover ensuring every client engagement reflects Zest Hospitality’s commitment to quality and reliability.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Lead client consultations to understand operational challenges and workforce goals.
  • Develop tailored proposals and tenders that deliver value and impact.
  • Drive sales campaigns to achieve revenue and GP targets.
  • Represent Zest Hospitality at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams to deliver seamless client onboarding.
  • Travel interstate as required to meet clients, attend industry events, and support business growth initiatives.

  • Negotiation & Closing – Position Zest Hospital as a strategic partner, not just a supplier.
  • Delivery – Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

What You’ll Bring

You’ll be an energetic, professional communicator with a strong background in business development or sales ideally within labour hire and hospitality sectors. You’re motivated by targets, skilled at building relationships, and confident delivering value-driven solutions.
