About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a highly organised and detail-driven Administrator to join our clients team in Dandenong South. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring compliance records are accurate, up to date, and audit ready - while also building meaningful reports that drive business insights.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Enter and maintain compliance and maintenance records with speed and precision
- Manage day-to-day admin tasks including filing, scanning, and document control
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems
- Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve data issues
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support operational decision-making
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet reporting and compliance needs
- Support continuous improvement of systems and processes
What You’ll Bring
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis essential)
- Exceptional attention to detail - you spot what others miss
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and data streams simultaneously
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Experience working across multiple systems with high accuracy
- Confident communicator who works well independently and in a team
- Background in administration, compliance, or data entry
