A reputable construction organisation is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of commercial and multi-residential projects. This is a hands-on role within a high-performing, collaborative team focused on efficiency, accuracy, and delivering results.
About the Role
You will manage contracts and subcontractor agreements, support procurement processes, and maintain project documentation while ensuring compliance and smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer head contracts and subcontractor agreements, including AS4000 and other relevant standards.

Support procurement, tender reviews, and subcontract negotiations.

Monitor project costs, manage financial reporting, and forecast cash flow.

Prepare, submit, and assess progress claims, variations, and extensions of time (EOTs).

Maintain project documentation, registers, and compliance requirements.

Liaise with internal project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For

2–3+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction.

Strong knowledge of AS4000 contracts and contract negotiation.

Proven experience in cost tracking, financial reporting, and forecasting.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Experience in commercial and multi-residential projects valued up to $25M.

White Card required.
