What you’ll be doing:

• Answering customer and client inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face

• Providing excellent service and building positive relationships

• Assisting with invoicing, sales support, and general administration

• Managing daily emails, phone calls, and related office tasks

• Supporting the team in a fast-paced, professional environment

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in customer service(retail, hospitality, or office-based)

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner

• Organised, reliable, and eager to learn new skills

• A proactive, team-player attitude

• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
