Our client is seeking a motivated Customer Service Officer to join their friendly team in Mulgrave. This office-based position involves a mix of administrative and customer service duties, including managing emails and phone calls, assisting with invoicing and sales processes, and addressing a variety of customer and client inquiries. The role offers a supportive, fast-paced environment where excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner are essential.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including email and phone correspondence

Assist with invoicing, sales support, and related documentation

Handle customer and client inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email

Deliver exceptional service and build strong client relationships
Requirements

Proven administrative skills and experience in a similar role

Background in customer service or office administration (preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour

Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
