About the Role
We're currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer (CSO)
to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in customer service, administration or call center work who enjoys providing top-notch support to customers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high volumes of inbound calls and email enquiries
- Provide professional support and assistance to customers regarding their orders and general queries
- Accurately update and maintain records using internal systems
- Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administration role is essential
- Call center experience highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and data entry skills
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A valid Driver’s License and access to reliable transport
