Call Centre and Customer Service

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join a small, dynamic office team in Cairns. This role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills and a proven background in customer service or call centre environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional support to clients and customers, ensuring enquiries and orders are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.

  • Accurately process customer orders, requests, and updates using internal systems.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of customer issues.

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, including confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, administration, or call centre roles.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.

  • Drivers Licence and reliable transport.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Medical Clearance and Police Check.

Additional Information:

  • Simplified timesheet required.
