The Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will:

Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, managing customer enquiries, order requests, and general information requests

Use our internal system to process orders, update client information, and track interactions

Provide clear, courteous, and efficient communication to customers and clients

Complete general administrative tasks associated with customer service (data entry, record‑keeping, follow‑ups)

Escalate issues or enquiries as required to ensure timely resolutions
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or admin roles — a call‑centre / admin officer background is ideal

Excellent communication skills — both spoken (phone) and written (email)

Strong administration skills, including data entry, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high-volume environment with good time management and multitasking capabilities

Reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence
