The Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, managing customer enquiries, order requests, and general information requests

  • Use our internal system to process orders, update client information, and track interactions

  • Provide clear, courteous, and efficient communication to customers and clients

  • Complete general administrative tasks associated with customer service (data entry, record‑keeping, follow‑ups)

  • Escalate issues or enquiries as required to ensure timely resolutions

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or admin roles — a call‑centre / admin officer background is ideal

  • Excellent communication skills — both spoken (phone) and written (email)

  • Strong administration skills, including data entry, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently

  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high-volume environment with good time management and multitasking capabilities

  • Reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence
