About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join a busy, high-volume call centre environment. This role is primarily focused on providing exceptional customer support to clients via phone and email.
You will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, assisting customers with order-related queries, and managing general enquiries using internal systems. The position requires strong multitasking abilities and confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm / Pay Rate:$37.53 per hour
Location Requirement:
Must hold a valid Driver’s Licence and have reliable transport
Key Responsibilities

Manage high volumes of inbound calls

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

Assist customers with order processing and tracking

Enter and update information accurately in internal systems

Provide professional and efficient customer service at all times
Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role

Call centre or admin officer background highly regarded

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organisational and administrative abilities

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
