Customer Service Officer – Lytton (Brisbane)
Casual Ongoing | Immediate Start

About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will manage a high volume of customer interactions and provide efficient, accurate support across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls and emails relating to customer enquiries, orders, and general information
  • Processing orders and updating client details using internal systems
  • Completing administrative tasks including data entry, record-keeping, and follow-ups
  • Providing clear, professional, and friendly communication
  • Escalating issues where required to ensure timely resolution

This is a high-volume, call centre-based role in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or administrative roles
  • Strong communication skills — both phone and written
  • Excellent attention to detail and administrative capability
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently
  • Reliable, organised, and proactive approach to work
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (essential)
