About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will manage a high volume of customer interactions and provide efficient, accurate support across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls and emails relating to customer enquiries, orders, and general information
- Processing orders and updating client details using internal systems
- Completing administrative tasks including data entry, record-keeping, and follow-ups
- Providing clear, professional, and friendly communication
- Escalating issues where required to ensure timely resolution
This is a high-volume, call centre-based role in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or administrative roles
- Strong communication skills — both phone and written
- Excellent attention to detail and administrative capability
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently
- Reliable, organised, and proactive approach to work
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (essential)
