About the Role:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will manage a high volume of customer ineractions and provide efficient, accurate support across multiple channels. This is a high-volume, call centre like role in a fast paced environment.
Your main duties will include:
- Handling a high volume of invound calls and emails relating to customer enquiries, orders and general information
- Processing orders and updating client details using internal systems
- Completing administrative tasks including data entry and record keeping
- Providing clear, professional and friendly communication
- Esclating isues where required to ensure prompt resolution
About you:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service, Administration or Call Centre role
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to priorties tasks
- Current Drivers Licence and reliable transport
