About the Role:
You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving enquiries, and ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times. This role requires someone who can work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries
- Processing orders, deliveries, and service requests
- Liaising with internal teams including operations and drivers
- Handling high-volume calls and emails with accuracy and efficiency
- Resolving customer issues and providing timely solutions
- Maintaining accurate records and system updates
About You:
- Previous customer service experience (highly regarded if within a call centre environment)
- Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced settings
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Confident using systems and handling administrative tasks
