Our client is looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Officer to join their friendly team in Mulgrave. What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling customer and client enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
- Assisting with invoicing, sales support, and general administration tasks
- Supporting debtor control and account follow-ups
- Managing daily emails, phone calls, and office coordination
- Working closely with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment
- Managing a high volume of incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service or call centre experience
- Administration experience, including debtor control, highly regarded
- Ability to confidently handle fast-paced phone calls and multitask under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, positive, and proactive attitude
- Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities
- Reliable transport and a current driver’s licence
- Someone eager to learn, grow, and be part of a team
