We’re seeking a confident and organised Customer Service Officer who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys delivering exceptional support with professionalism and care.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering efficient and professional support across phone and email channels. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a high volume of inbound customer calls and email enquiries
  • Processing orders and updating customer information accurately
  • Completing administration tasks including data entry, record management, and follow-ups
  • Providing clear, friendly, and solutions-focused communication
  • Escalating complex issues to ensure timely outcomes for customers

This is a busy, call centre-style role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently juggle multiple priorities.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll succeed in this role if you bring:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or call centre environments
  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • High attention to detail and solid computer/admin skills
  • The ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
  • A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (essential)
