About the role:
You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer enquiries, processing orders, coordinating bookings, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing inbound customer calls and enquiries
- Processing customer orders and bookings
- Providing accurate product and service information
- General administration and data entry
- Building strong relationships with customers
To be successful you will have:
- Previous customer service or admin experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good computer and administration skills
- A positive and reliable attitude
- Experience within logistics, transport, industrial or gas industries highly regarded
