We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Officer to join a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment. This role suits someone who is confident, professional, and thrives when working under pressure while delivering excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails, assisting with orders, and providing accurate support through internal systems in a fast-moving environment.
Details
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
- $37.53 per hour
- Ongoing casual role with ASAP start

Requirements
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or administration
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Solid administrative skills and strong attention to detail
