CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR | $80k + Super | Lytton Location
About the role
Lead and mentor a high-performing customer service team for our client. You will oversee daily service operations, manage staff performance, and handle complex escalations to ensure seamless service delivery. This role acts as a critical link between customers and internal departments like operations and transport.

Duties

Supervise and mentor the service team to ensure high performance

Train and onboard new staff on products, systems, and safety

Resolve escalated customer disputes, billing, and service issues

Oversee daily operations, workload allocation, and team efficiency

Maintain accurate customer logs and internal service documentation

Coordinate with transport and sales teams for smooth deliveries

Monitor service standards to ensure consistent, accurate information
Skills & experience
-
Leadership: Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role

Expertise: 2–5+ years in customer service (Energy/Logistics preferred)

Conflict Resolution: High-level complaint handling skills

Systems: Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Compliance: Ability to pass Police, Driver, and PEM/D&A checks

Licence: Must hold a valid Driver’s Licence
