About the role

Casual ongoing role focused on high-volume data entry, payroll support, asset tracking, and managing accounts/purchase orders. This is an office-based position working Monday to Friday, located in Bundall - Gold Coast.

Duties

• Process high-volume data entry and payroll support.

• Assist with monthly reporting and projections.

• Utilise advanced Excel and software for efficient data management/tracking.

• Manage purchase orders and accounts effectively.

• Enter purchase orders accurately and promptly.

Skills & experience

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar data analyst position.

• Demonstrate strong customer service skills.

• Experienced in the transport industry (highly desired).

• Advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.

• Have a valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
