We are currently recruiting experienced HR Drivers to join a high-performing operation servicing major commercial contracts across Brisbane. The Role

Driving HR Vehicles, collecting, transporting, and delivering waste, recyclables, or other materials to designated sites. The correct use of forklifts and other machinery is essential for safely loading and unloading goods or containers with secure loading techniques. Completing daily pre-starts and accurately completing delivery dockets, manifests, and site reports.

Responsibilities:

• Operate HR trucks between desginated sites
• Conduct thorough pre-start and post-start safety checks
• Comply with NHVR driving hours and fatigue management
• Safe load securing techniques
• Complete accurate documentation
• Maintain professional conduct when interacting with the public and stakeholders

Shift Pattern:

• Mon - Fri Shift times may vary - Start either 4am or 6am
• 10 hr shifts
• 38-50hrs a week
• Consistent, ongoing shifts with strong weekly hours

Pay Rates:

This role offers extensive overtime opportunities, paying penalty rates

• Ordinary Time:$35.45/hr

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Valid HR licence with a minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar role
• Previous waste industry experience is highly regarded
• Delivery Driver or similar driving role experience
• Forklift operation experience with a current and valid forklift licence
• Experience handling waste, recycling, or industrial materials is an advantage
• A professional, reliable attitude with a strong work ethic

• Full driver pre-employment medical
• Pass drug and alcohol testing
• Driver history report
• Police check
• HEPA & HEPB vaccinations
• Q-Fever vaccination
