Summer at Adelaide Bowling Club is about to get busy, and we're looking for experienced Bar Staff and Duty Managers to join us for the season.
We're one of Adelaide CBD's best-known function and event venues, with a busy calendar of corporate functions, Christmas events and social bookings. We pride ourselves on fast, friendly service, high standards and creating a great atmosphere for our guests.
If you know your way around a busy bar, enjoy working as part of a strong team and thrive when the pace picks up, we'd love to hear from you.

Who we're after

Experienced hospitality people who take pride in what they do and still enjoy themselves on shift. You can read a room, move quickly, communicate well with your team and maintain high standards when things get busy.

What you'll bring

• Current RSA
• Solid bar experience in a high-volume venue. Experience is essential
• Exceptional beer, wine and cocktail service
• Tray service for functions and events
• Bepoz POS experience highly regarded
• The ability to multitask and think on your feet without losing your head or your smile
• Availability across our peak summer period, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong availability throughout November and December will be highly regarded
• For Duty Managers: current South Australian Responsible Person approval, plus experience in floor leadership, staff direction, service standards and problem-solving during live events
