Front End Loader Operator – Waste & Recycling

We are currently seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator to join our client in the waste management industry.
This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the safe and efficient movement of materials across site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a front end loader to move, sort and load waste/recyclable materials
- Feeding materials into processing equipment
- Maintaining safe operating practices at all times
- Conducting pre-start checks and basic equipment maintenance
- Supporting general yard duties as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating a front end loader (essential)
- Relevant tickets/licences (e.g. Loader/LE ticket highly regarded)
- Experience within waste, recycling, quarry or similar environments (preferred)
- Strong awareness of site safety and WHS procedures
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
