HC/MC Fuel Tanker Driver - Wanted Now!
Are you an experienced and safety-focused driver with an HC or MC licence? We're partnered with a leading transport company and are seeking a dedicated Dangerous Goods HC/MC Driver to join their close-knit, safety-focused team. The Opportunity
This is an ongoing, Monday to Friday position, with a competitive salary package that includes an above-award hourly rate. The role operates from 6am to 6pm , ensuring seamless and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate your assigned HC or MC vehicle.

Perform daily pre-trip inspections and promptly report any issues to your supervisor.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while on the road and on site.

Load and unload fuel at distribution centres and designated locations.

Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly.

Communicate with dispatchers, supervisors, and fellow drivers to coordinate routes.

Perform general workshop duties as required to support the team.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a fuel truck driver and a proven ability to drive 25-38 tonne articulated vehicles.
Essential Requirements & Skills:

A current Victorian Driving Licence (HC or MC) .

At least 2 years of experience in a Dangerous Goods-related role.

A valid Dangerous Goods licence.

A WHS Construction Induction (White Card) .

Demonstrated experience in the transportation of hazardous materials.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Experience with general labouring and small plant operation.
Salary & Benefits
Our client offers an above-award salary package:

Standard Rate: $54.00 per hour

Time and a Half: $69.12 per hour

Double Time: $90.72 per hour
