Our client is an established food distribution business supplying customers across metropolitan and regional NSW. They are seeking an experienced HR Delivery Driver to join their Strathfield team in a hands-on role combining deliveries and warehouse support.
Perks:
- $40–$43 per hour plus penalties.
- Ongoing casual work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
- Monday overnight accommodation in Muswellbrook arranged and paid for
- A varied role combining driving, customer service and warehouse duties.
About the role:
- Complete multi-drop food deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with 4:30 am starts and finish times dependent on the run.
- Travel north to Muswellbrook on Monday, stay overnight and collect goods for the return trip to Strathfield on Tuesday.
- Complete an additional delivery run on Thursday to Newcastle
- Load and unload goods, including regular heavy lifting.
- Complete delivery paperwork and vehicle safety checks.
- Assist with picking, packing and general warehouse duties as required.
About you:
- Current HR driver’s licence.
- Previous HR driving experience, ideally completing multi-drop deliveries.
- Available for all three days, early starts and the Monday overnight stay.
- Comfortable with physical work, including loading, unloading and heavy lifting.
- Reliable approach, good communication skills and friendly customer service.
- Strong commitment to safe driving and workplace safety.
