Our client is a well-established leader in the LPG industry, providing reliable energy solutions to residential, commercial and industrial customers across Australia. Due to sustained business growth, they are seeking experienced MR & HR Truck Drivers and Tanker Drivers to join their team at their Tamworth depot. These opportunities offer ongoing, long-term employment with a supportive team, consistent weekday work and opportunities for training and career progression.

• $41 per hour
• Monday to Friday roster
• Early starts between 4:00 am and 6:00 am
• 8+ hour shifts
• Training and development opportunities

Key responsibilities include:

As a Tanker Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of bulk LPG to commercial customers, including service stations and storage facilities.

• Transporting and delivering bulk LPG to commercial customers
• Completing cylinder handling duties, including filling, cleaning, testing and sorting, as required
• Performing general yard duties as needed
• Conducting vehicle pre-start checks and reporting maintenance or safety concerns
• Completing delivery paperwork and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

• Previous HR Truck driving experience
• Dangerous Goods Licence, or a willingness to obtain one
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A good level of physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling duties
• Experience within the LPG, fuel, gas, or dangerous goods will be highly regarded
