We are currently seeking an experienced HR Truck Driver based in Burleigh Heads, QLD for an ongoing full-time role with an immediate start available. This position offers $39.56 per hour, Monday to Friday with 8+ hour shifts and early starts between 4am–6am. This is a long-term opportunity with strong career progression into LPG tanker driving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently across the region
- Load, transport, and unload gas cylinders in line with safety procedures
- Provide professional customer service and represent the business on-site
- Complete run sheets, delivery paperwork, and electronic logs accurately
- Perform manual handling tasks including lifting, moving, and handling cylinders
- Carry out general yard duties including stock organisation and housekeeping
- Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Participate in structured training with progression into tanker operations
- Support LPG delivery operations for commercial clients and service stations
- Maintain strict adherence to transport and dangerous goods regulations
Requirements:
- HR Truck Licence (MR Licence also required)
- Previous HR driving and multi-drop delivery experience preferred
- Ability to pass PEM, Drug & Alcohol test, Police Check, and Provide Driving History Report
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
- Strong communication and customer service skills
