Blu by Adcorp is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join a respected national organisation within the industrial products sector.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position that combines sales, inventory, and customer service responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting both the retail counter and phone-based sales operations, managing customer enquiries, promoting new products, and ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

You’ll also be responsible for maintaining stock control and assisting with the safe dispatch and receipt of goods within a professional and safety-conscious team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional counter and telephone sales support to customers

• Promote and upsell a broad range of industrial products and services

• Maintain and update in-store displays and promotional materials

• Assist with inventory control, dispatching, and receiving of stock

• Safely perform manual handling duties in line with company procedures

• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture

About You

• Demonstrated experience in a retail or internal sales environment

• Strong commitment to customer service excellence and relationship building

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Reliable, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced setting

• Knowledge of industrial or safety equipment (highly regarded)

• Ability to complete a medical assessment and police check

Position Details

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

• Pay Rate:$38.25 per hour + overtime ($53.55 time and a half)

• Start Date: Immediate

• Type: Temporary to Permanent – ongoing opportunity
