They are now seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join their team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
About the Role
This role is responsible for managing inventory processes across the Australian Integration Centre (AIC) and Field Services, ensuring inventory accuracy, system integrity, and efficient stock movement.
You’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement while working closely with operations, warehouse, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cycle counts and stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
- Perform accurate ERP/WMS transactions and stock movements
- Prepare inventory reports and analyse trends
- Support audits and compliance requirements
- Manage obsolete and excess stock
- Perform spot checks and ad hoc inventory tasks
- Support ERP system updates and improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Promote and follow site safety procedures
About You
- Minimum 5+ years experience in inventory control within a manufacturing environment
- Forklift licence (required)
- Experience with ERP or WMS systems(admin/system-based experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Office skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities
- Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership of tasks
