🧪 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the heart of quality and compliance, including:

• Conducting chemical testing, analysis and validation of gases and related products
• Performing quality control checks against company standards and specifications
• Maintaining accurate laboratory records, reports and documentation
• Supporting troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Calibrating, maintaining and validating laboratory equipment
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements
• Contributing to continuous improvement across laboratory and production processes

👩‍🔬 What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
  (Medical/biomedical degrees are not required — this is an industrial laboratory role, not focused on wet chemistry.)
• Experience in an industrial laboratory, manufacturing, chemical or gas production environment is highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality systems
• Excellent analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
• A strong commitment to safety and compliance
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full unrestricted working rights in Australia

You must also be able to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening, and National Police Clearance.

Important: Due to traffic constraints and Fatigue Management requirements, applicants must reside within 30 minutes of Wetherill Park.
