Their Brisbane branch is located in Stapylton, providing a range of services including scaffolding sales and rentals, engineering support, and custom-designed solutions for various project types.

What this role means for you:

• Monday to Friday 6.30am – 2.36pm
• $44.38/hr standard hours, $62.13/hr Overtime plus 13% Superannuation

Responsibilities of this role:

• Coordinate and delegate team by overseeing daily yard operations, ensuring safe and efficient loading/unloading, storage, and dispatch of scaffolding equipment.
• Monitor workflow, prioritise tasks, and adjust resources as required to meet delivery schedules
• Lead toolbox talks and reinforce safety procedures
• First point of contact for yard crew
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised facility
• Communicate effectively with management regarding stock levels, operational issues, and resource requirements
• Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• Forklift Operating experience with a valid Licence
• Stock control and logistics experience
• Experience and knowledge of Scaffolding components is advantageous
• Team Leadership experience is essential with safety leadership
• Able to communicate effectively with other staff, delivery drivers, and stie staff
• Experience in working under pressure and problem-solving, managing delays, equipment issues, or unexpected returns
• Reporting and Documentation with skills in completing checklists, incident reports, and stock records.
• Full Australian Driver's Licence
• Polite, attentive, punctual, and well spoken
• Able Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Able to pass a National Police Clearance
