About the Role

You will be working in a fast-paced distribution centre, performing pick-packing and general warehousing duties. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing a wide range of products using RF scanners

• Sorting, labelling, and palletising orders

• Manual handling of cartons and stock (up to 20kg)

• Operating pallet jacks and following warehouse processes

• Meeting daily KPIs and working to time targets

• Ensuring high standards of accuracy and attention to detail

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in a warehouse or pick-packing role

• Ability to work efficiently and meet daily KPIs

• RF scanning experience (preferred)

• Good level of physical fitness – able to lift up to 20kg

• Own reliable transport (essential – not easily accessible by public transport)

• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Safety-focused mindset

Shift Times

• Day Shift:

  • Monday to Wednesday: 6:00am – 4:00pm

  • Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm

• Night Shift:

  • Monday to Wednesday: 4:00pm – 2:00am

  • Thursday: 4:00pm – 12:00am

• Optional Overtime: Friday work available
