Machine Operator & Labourer – Ormeau

Blu by Adcorp is currently seeking experienced, reliable, and safety-conscious individuals for two key positions at a leading national manufacturer based in Ormeau. These roles offer full-time hours, competitive pay, and the chance to work in a positive and supportive team environment.

1. Machine Operator – Afternoon Shift

Start Date: Friday, 8 August
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm (TBC)
Pay Rate:$39.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery on the assembly line

• Follow work instructions and basic drawings to meet specifications

• Load and unload materials as required

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace

• Work efficiently as part of a production team

Preferred Experience:

• Previous machine operating or production experience in manufacturing or industrial environments

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Team player with a commitment to safety and quality

2. Labourer – Day Shift

Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 2:30pm
Pay Rate:$34.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labouring tasks and assist with site operations

• Load/unload materials and keep work areas clean and safe

• Support production and warehouse activities

• Follow supervisor directions and contribute to daily targets

Preferred Experience:

• Previous labouring or warehouse experience

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team
