Your role will include:

• Setting up, operating, and breaking down cable manufacturing machinery

• Producing a variety of cable types including PVC Insulated/Sheathed and XLPE Insulated

• Packing finished products for quality assurance testing

• Operating multiple machines once trained

• Maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety at all times

What we’re looking for:

• Manufacturing background (machine operation experience highly regarded but not essential)

• Mechanically minded, quick learner, and safety-conscious

• Physically fit (comfortable lifting 20kg+)

• Forklift licence (required) + driver’s licence and reliable transport

• Able to pass Drug & Alcohol screening

• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team

Rotating Roster:

• Day Shift: Mon–Wed 6am–4pm, Thurs 6am–2pm

• Night Shift: Mon–Wed 4pm–2am, Thurs 4pm–12am
