Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering top-tier mechanical maintenance and prompt breakdown repair services.

• Reducing equipment downtime by carrying out proactive and scheduled maintenance tasks.

• Ensuring the Workshop remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

• Keeping all machinery and tools in optimal condition through regular cleaning and upkeep.

Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

• Trade qualification – Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (or equivalent).

• Solid background working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Valid and current Driver’s Licence is required.

• Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing settings; timber industry exposure is a bonus.

• Effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.

• Excellent at managing time, setting priorities, and juggling multiple tasks at once.

• Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and confident decision-making abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
