Key Responsibilities:

Delivering top-tier mechanical maintenance and prompt breakdown repair services.

Reducing equipment downtime by carrying out proactive and scheduled maintenance tasks.

Ensuring the Workshop remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Keeping all machinery and tools in optimal condition through regular cleaning and upkeep.
Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

Trade qualification – Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (or equivalent).

Solid background working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
-
Valid and current Driver’s Licence is required.

Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing settings; timber industry exposure is a bonus.

Effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.

Excellent at managing time, setting priorities, and juggling multiple tasks at once.

Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and confident decision-making abilities.

Demonstrated capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
