About the Role

This is a hands-on production role in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. During your training, you may work across a range of departments including:

• Boning Room
• Kill Floor
• Loadout
• Skins
• Maintenance
• Outdoor Operations

Your day-to-day duties may include:

• Cutting, packing, weighing, and sorting meat products
• Operating machinery and production equipment
• Following hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards
• Working with a team to hit daily production targets

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and punctual for early starts
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual work
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team player with a strong safety mindset
• Previous labouring or factory experience is helpful, but not essential

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Medical assessment
• Q-Fever vaccination or proof of immunity (guidance provided)
• Completion of site induction
• Hand assessment
