Our client is seeking an experienced Multiskilled Operator to join their team at the Stapylton Landfill site. This is a long-term opportunity for a reliable operator who is confident across multiple machines and comfortable working in landfill and recycling environments.

Key Features

• $43.39 per hour (Level 8)

• Overtime paid after 8 hours per shift

• Overtime paid on weekend shifts

• Additional overtime shifts available

• 4 days on / 4 days off roster

• 10-hour shifts (6:30am – 5:00pm)

• Ongoing, stable employment

Responsibilities

You’ll be operating multiple machines across a busy landfill and recycling site, supporting daily waste management operations.

Primary equipment includes:

• 15–30T Excavators (with various attachments)

• Dozers (various sizes – pushing and moving earth, debris and materials)

• Moxy (Articulated Dump Truck)

• Compactor

Excavator and Dozer experience are essential.

Requirements

• Recent experience as a Multiskilled Operator (essential)

• Strong Excavator and Dozer operating skills (must-have)

• Tickets for Excavator, Moxy, Dozer and Compactor (ideally all)

• Current Driver’s Licence

• Background in waste management, landfill or quarry environments highly regarded

• Comfortable working in landfill/recycling conditions

• Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic

• Long sleeve work pants & hi vis shirt

• Steel capped boots

• Comfortable with completing a PEM, D&A & Police check
