Multiskilled Operator – Dozer Focused

Stapylton | 4 On/4 Off Roster | $43.39/hr + OT

We are currently seeking experienced Dozer Operators for an ongoing opportunity with a global leader in environmental and waste management services based at Stapylton.

This is a primarily Dozer-focused role, and we are specifically looking for operators who are highly experienced and confident on Dozers. Excavator, Moxy, or Compactor experience is advantageous, however Dozer experience is the key requirement.

What’s On Offer:

• $43.39 per hour + overtime penalties
• Overtime paid after 8 hours
• 4 on / 4 off lifestyle roster
• 10-hour shifts | 6:30am – 5:00pm
• Ongoing, stable employment
• Extra shifts and overtime available

Duties:

• Operating Dozers across landfill operations
• Waste placement and compaction
• Managing landfill cells and material movement
• Supporting daily site operations safely and efficiently

Requirements:

• Strong recent Dozer operating experience
• Relevant Dozer ticket/licence essential
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Landfill, quarry, civil, or waste experience highly regarded
• Reliable with a strong safety focus
