We are currently seeking reliable Poultry Workers to join a Chicken processing facility located in Shanes Park, Western Sydney.

• Initial shifts: Monday and Wednesday 6:30am to 2:00pm
• Ongoing opportunity for additional shifts Monday to Thursday 6:30am to 2:00pm
• $33.80 per hour
• Shanes Park location

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the processing of chicken carcasses on the production line
• Handling raw chicken and removing internal organs
• Checking chickens for cleanliness and visible defects
• Helping ensure the chickens meet food hygiene standards
• Weighing and checking products
• Sealing packages and applying labels
• Packing products into cartons
• Checking for damages packaging and incorrect labels

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in meat and/or poultry - not essential
• Current Drivers Licence and reliable transport
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Good personal hygiene practices
• Comfortable working with raw chicken meat
