Blu by Adcorp is seeking Process Operators with a Forklift Licence to join our team. This role requires individuals who are experienced in operating forklifts and are physically fit to manually fill gas bottles, carry out safety checks on cylinders and valves, and load/unload trucks using a forklift. ABOUT THE ROLE:

• FORKLIFT OPERATION: Safely operate a forklift to load and unload trucks
• PPE REQUIRED: Long Blue/Black work pants, steel-capped boots, long-sleeve cotton work shirt, and High Viz Vest.
• MANUAL GAS CYLINDER FILLING: Physically fit to be able to manoeuvre and fill gas cylinders with attention to safety
• MONITORING AND STORAGE OF GAS PRODUCTS: Ensure correct monitoring, storing, and handling of different gas products.
• GENERAL WAREHOUSE DUTIES: Assist in maintaining the warehouse and operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
• SAFETY ADHERENCE: Always adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• ROSTER: Day Shift, Afternoon Shift, or both by weekly rotation is advantageous.

ROLE DETAILS:

• LOCATION: Wetherill Park, NSW
• HOURS: Day Shift 5.00 am - 1.30pm //Afternoon Shift 1.30pm - 10.00pm
• PAYRATE: Day Shift $36.00/hr // Afternoon Shift $41.40/hr

ABOUT YOU:

• FORKLIFT LICENSE: A valid forklift license with detailed experience is essential for this position
• PHYSICAL FITNESS: Must be able to pass a full Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen due to the manual handling and movement of Gas Cylinders.
• EXPERIENCE: Proven experience as a forklift operator and in manual handling tasks.
• NPC: Must be able to pass National Police Clearance
• LOCALITY: Must live within 25 minutes of the site to accommodate shift times and travel considerations (important in Sydney due to traffic issues)
• WORKING RIGHTS: Must have full working rights within Australia - No Student Visa or Working Holiday Visa will be accepted
• RELIABILITY: Dependable with a strong commitment to safety and workplace integrity.
• ABILITY TO LEARN: Willingness and ability to learn new skills and participate in continuous training.
