Production Operator – Epping | ASAP Start | Temp to Perm

We are currently seeking a Production Operator to join a leading multinational organisation within the chemical manufacturing, water treatment and industrial supply sector. The company is a global supplier of essential bulk chemicals, industrial reagents and tailored solutions, operating across multiple continents and known for its strong focus on safety, reliability and high operational standards. This is a Monday to Friday day shift role with genuine temp to perm opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Pay & Conditions
• $38.75 per hour + potential overtime available
• Time and a half: $58.12 | Double time: $77.50
• Temp to perm opportunity
• ASAP start
• Day shift: 7am–3pm (Mon–Fri)

What you will be doing
• 80% forklift operation / 20% manual handling
• Loading and unloading chemical and bulk materials
• Moving pallets, lifting drums and handling raw materials
• Operating filling and packing equipment
• Inventory checks and stock reconciliation
• Transporting materials to production workstations
• Routine equipment inspections and safety checks

What we are looking for
• LF forklift licence with proven experience
• Production or manufacturing background
• Experience in Oil, Gas or Fuel industries highly regarded
• Strong safety focus and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Must be willing and able to complete a drug and alcohol test, full medical assessment, and police check
