We are currently seeking for multiple vacancies for Production Workers and a Storeperson (Forklift Licence required) for an immediate start with a well-established, ISO-certified manufacturing business. This is an ongoing role with the opportunity to transition to permanent for the right candidates.

• Monday – Friday | 6:00am – 2:00pm
• $34 per hour + Overtime
• OT 1.5: $47.60 | OT 2.0: $61.20
• Cleveland location

Production Worker Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production machinery (basic troubleshooting required)

• Assemble and package products to quality specifications

• Perform routine quality checks throughout production

• Complete production records, logs, and inventory documentation

• Assist with material handling and feeding production lines

• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

• Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets

Storeperson Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts (Must have an LF licence) safely to load, unload, and move materials

• Receive and check incoming goods against delivery documentation

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch

• Manage stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records

• Stage materials to support continuous production workflow

• Conduct routine forklift inspections and report issues

• Maintain warehouse organisation and housekeeping

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments preferred

• Valid Forklift Licence required for Storeperson role

• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills

• Ability to use power tools

• Physically fit – able to lift, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks

• High attention to detail with a safety-first mindset

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
