Our client is a leading Australian provider of energy and electrical solutions, delivering innovative products and services to customers across a range of industries. With a strong focus on quality, reliability and customer service, they are committed to providing practical solutions that support the needs of businesses and communities.

They are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join and lead their team at their site located in Malaga . This is a permanent full-time opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity.

As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient and consistent operation of production equipment and processes involved in the manufacturing and assembly of products.

  • Permanent full-time position
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
  • $80,000 - $95,000 + Superannuation
  • Malaga location

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating urethane injection and spray machinery
  • Monitoring production processes and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently
  • Identifying and reporting equipment, material and production issues
  • Completing testing and quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications
  • Inspecting components and completed products for defects, damage or inconsistencies
  • Using a range of hand and power tools
  • Completing final fit-off, assembly and installation of small components
  • Maintaining accurate production and quality records
  • Supporting the team to achieve production, quality and safety targets

About You:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, factory or production environment
  • Experience operating machinery and production equipment
  • Hands-on experience using hand and power tools
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Ability to complete manual handling tasks
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience will be highly regarded
