We have partnered with Australia’s leading producer and supplier of high-quality solar salt, with operations spanning salt harvesting, processing, packaging and distribution. They supply salt products to a wide range of industries, including food manufacturing, agriculture, water treatment, chemical processing and industrial applications.
They are seeking an experienced Production Worker / Forklift Driver to join the team at their site located in Port Alma, Rockhampton. This is a casual on-going position with view to a permanent position for the right candidate.
- Roster: 4 days on 4 days off
- Rotating Roster: Days: 6am to 6pm & Nights 6pm to 6am
- Day Shift Pay: $40 per hour + OT Penalties
- Night Shift Pay:46.94 per hour + OT Penalties
Key Responsibilities:
- Packing orders
- Stacking and Palletising orders
- Bagging product
- Labouring tasks including shoveling and cleaning
- Forklift Driving - Loading and unloading trucks and moving pallets
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in either Production, Manufacturing or Warehousing
- Current LF Ticket and experience operating Counterbalance Forklifts
- Able to perform manual tasks safely and efficiently
- Able to work in a team environment
