BLU by Adcorp is seeking reliable and enthusiastic production workers to join our client’s floral production team at Ingleburn.
Our client supplies fresh flowers and potted products to major supermarkets across Australia. You’ll help prepare, arrange and pack flower bouquets and floral products in a modern warehouse.
Full training is provided, with immediate starts available.
About the opportunity
We’re looking for dependable people who enjoy practical work, are keen to learn new skills and work well in a diverse team.
You must be available Monday to Friday and willing to work extended hours during busy periods.
Production duties may include:
- Preparing flowers for production
- Arranging bouquets and creating floral displays to design specifications
- Wrapping mixed and single-variety flower bunches
- Wiring flowers for specialised designs
- Using specialised gift-wrapping materials
- Labelling and packing finished products
Dispatch and receivals duties may include:
- Packing products for dispatch
- Stacking and preparing pallets
- Moving products using manual pallet jacks
- Operating forklifts, where required—applicants undertaking forklift duties must hold a current forklift licence
