A reputable construction organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of commercial, residential, and multi-residential building projects. About the Role

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, coordinating site teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver commercial, residential, and multi-residential projects from initiation through to completion.

• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to meet project deadlines.

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

• Monitor project budgets, track costs, and manage variations.

• Maintain project documentation including programs, reports, site records, and compliance paperwork.

• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage procurement, materials planning, and site logistics.

• Conduct quality inspections and manage defect rectification.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering construction projects (commercial, residential, or multi-residential).

• Strong background coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.

• Experience managing project budgets, cost control, and variations.

• Strong documentation and compliance management capabilities.

• Effective communication skills when working with clients, consultants, engineers, and architects.

• Solid knowledge of WHS principles and site safety requirements.

• Experience with procurement, scheduling, and materials planning.

• Competent in quality inspections and defect management.

• White Card required.
