About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join a leading organisation based in Canning Vale. This position plays a key role in supporting and developing a portfolio of customers by providing exceptional service, managing relationships, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

This is a phone-based role within a supportive and high-performing team, offering genuine variety and long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of managed and co-managed customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the target market.
  • Promote a range of products and solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient customer management.
  • Contribute to overall team performance and support business initiatives as required.
  • Uphold company safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.

About You

  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Experience within industrial, manufacturing, or related sectors is highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a phone-based environment and using CRM systems.
